General purpose:
Responsible for the collection of pre-auction Vehicle Titles ; maintaining and distributing Vehicle Titles to customers.
job tasks and Responsibilities:
- Collecting pre-auction titles; following title procedures
- assist customers with getting replacements as needed
- branded title description verification
- auto-check pre-auction and on-line requests
- lien searches
- lien payoff processes
- coordinating and communicating with banks on lien payoff
- post auction title work for buyers
- auction day duties: work counter on friday (1st auction day) and work on titles on saturday (2nd auction day)

Qualifications, experience and Education Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Prefer 2 years of title experience; good knowledge of basic title rules/law
- Good knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Good knowledge of computers and relevant software application
- Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work a phone system with several lines
- Verbal and Written communication skills
- Professional personal presentation

- Periodically work in kitchen area to help set up food and tables
- May be asked to work in Gate Office as needed
