The Client Care Center Customer Service Representative works under the direct supervision of the Director of the Client Care Center. The Call Center Customer Service Representative position is responsible for large volumes of incoming automated alerts and outgoing calls. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. We are offering a salary range of $15 to $19 an hour for this role depending on experience.

How You Will Make a Difference

As we expand our services in new and existing markets, we're looking for a Client Care Center Customer Service Representative who shares our values of being Trustworthy, Capable, Compassionate, Proactive, and most importantly, called to serve. The Client Care Center Customer Service Representative makes an impact by helping and resolving issues for patients and their families. In this position you work directly under the Director of the Client Care Center and be responsible for a large volume of incoming automated alerts and outgoing calls and help provide effective communication to ensure patients are receiving consistent quality care.

As the Client Care Center Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Serve as a face for the agency promoting our philosophy and mission by presenting a positive image to patients/families
• Understand and use various forms of communication including phone systems, software, reports, tools, and metrics
• Use motivational interviewing and active listening skills to understand patient needs and effectively communicate to resolve issues
• Follow up with patients and families to ensure their needs have been met

Skills for Success:

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Computer skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
• Dependable, punctual, and ability to maintain a positive attitude

Compensation/Earning Potential:hourly salary range is $15.00 - $19.00

Experience to Deliver on our Mission:

• High School Graduate (College Preferred)
• Valid state driver’s license and auto liability insurance
• One Year General Office Experience
