Position Summary:
Greets residents and visitors. Provide safe and efficient parking of resident and visitor vehicles. This position reports to the Business Office Manager.
Essential Functions:
- Greets residents and provides general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families.
- Park resident and/or guest vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
- Retrieve resident and/or guest vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
- Open passenger door(s) and offer assistance, if appropriate.
- Ensures safety of the residents and property by monitoring door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigating any unusual activity.
- Maintains visitor sign in/out book.
- Obeys all traffic laws.
- Operates vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
- Observes all mandatory safety regulations for multi-passenger and single passenger vehicles.
- Reports all damage or accidents to appropriate personnel immediately and completes required forms.
- Supervises residents while loading, unloading, and waiting.
- Loads and unloads baggage, packages, and other items.
- Informs supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
- Attends work as scheduled and follows community’s call-off procedures.
Non-Essential Functions:
- Drives company vehicle or van according to company procedures following all traffic laws.
- Attends all in-services training and pre-shift meetings.
- Maintains confidentiality of residents.
- Performs all duties in adherence to Spring Hills, LLC standards.
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.
- Adheres to all policies and procedures of Spring Hills, LLC.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; CDL a plus.
Other Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver’s license in the State employed
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
- Must possess a valid First Aid certification.
- No major accidents last 3 years.
- No moving violations last 3 years.
