Major Responsibilities/Activities:

  • Upon the arrival of a customer, the valet drivers will identify themselves, Hello. My name is _____. Welcome to the STAR Casino. Would like your car parked in valet parking?
  • If the customers response is “Yes”, the VALET ATTENDANT will then be courteous and open the door for the customer.
  • All doors will be opened for the guests (when time allows).
  • Record all pertinent information on claim check. One part of the claim check is given to customer and the attendant retains the other.
  • House doors will be opened by Valet Attendant, (when time allows)
  • The Valet Attendant must always maintain good personal hygiene.
  • Ensure the safety and security of guest.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal Members.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
  • Promote outstanding guest and employee relations in accordance with Santa Ana Star Casino Policies.
  • Must always maintain a professional image for customers.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with co-workers
  • Must provide a positive attitude towards the Manger/Supervisor and the Company.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
  • A smartphone capable of running company applications and communication systems is required. If a smartphone is not provided by the company, a candidate or employee may be provided a smartphone of the company’s choice, through a payroll deduction program.
  • Must be able to obtain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming Regulatory Commission non-gaming license.
