The company was founded in 2001 and currently manages several communities in Puerto Rico. Our offices are in Santurce, and we have an administrative and supervisory staff with vast experience in this industry.

Job Summary:

At ICON Management we are hiring a dependable, responsible, friendly Valet Attendant who loves helping people and working in a fast-paced luxury environment. You’ll provide excellent customer service at our property daily and during special events by greeting guests when they arrive, parking guest vehicles in the designated area, then retrieving the vehicles upon guest departure in a safe manner. You will keep track of valet tickets and oversee the parking lot.

Applicants should possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Welcome guests by name upon their arrival and departure to provide excellent customer service.

· Assist guests with moving luggage to a secure area and perform any other requested services.

· Drive guest vehicles to the parking lot and retrieve them in an efficient and safe manner.

· Follow existing valet processes to correctly document each vehicle’s parking location on the claim ticket.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

· Maintain control of all keys issued or for which they are responsible.

· Understand and know the building's emergency procedures and their responsibility in an emergency.

· Maintain a cordial and respectful relationship with residents, visitors, contractors, vendors, and co-workers.

· Available to work rotational shifts (Day & Night).

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Preferred previous experience at a hotel or as a Valet Attendant

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Good communication and excellent customer service skills

· Bilingual: Spanish & English.

Education and Experience:

· At least one years of hotel guest services, customer service-related experience highly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift over 75lbs and run to retrieve cars, stand for long periods of time.

· Able to drive cars with manual and automatic transmission.
