At Doncasters Structural Castings of Oxford we have an opportunity for Casters to join our teams in Oxford, AL.
This position’s shift is a 40-hour work week with potential overtime. This individual could work a 5AM-5:30PM split shift or 5:30PM-5:00AM split shift or 2nd Shift 1:00PM-9:30PM with motivated employees and our Management Team to become a part of a successful Industrial Casting Company with a good work life balance.
Starting Pay: $19.13
This is an exciting opportunity. It’s not just a job. As a Caster, you will work in a key role ensuring the preparation of parts and appropriate SOPs are followed to ensure customer specifications are met. You will be responsible for operation and preventative maintenance of specific Vacuum Melt Units. Using your keen eye for detail you will follow set specifications to ensure products are produced within process parameters, using a variety of tools and techniques.
This is a key component to our process, and we are looking for committed, enthusiastic employees. As a Caster, you will receive extensive training while working within an experienced team. You will receive continuous feedback to help you grow and develop to maximize your potential.
