Bluegreen Vacations is looking for outgoing individuals to join our team. This is a face-to-face sales role inside of the Bass Pro Shop located in Las Vegas, NV.

A Day in the Life
- Utilize your unique personality and passion to engage and meet face-to-face with potential customers creating excitement and interest in Bluegreen Vacations.
- Sell vacation getaways to Bluegreen Vacations destinations across the US.
- Have negotiation skills to close deals overcoming customers concerns in a professional manner.
- Strong winning mindset, positive attitude, and desire to learn.
What We Offer
- Sales Representatives working 30-hours a week earn on average $50k-90k annually (detailed compensation plan to be provided upon hire) **WEEKEND SHIFTS REQUIRED**
- Includes guaranteed hourly base + eligibility for commissions based on number of package sales per week

If hired, you will be an employee of Bluegreen, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HGV. A transition to HGV is occurring as we are in the process of integrating technology, systems and branding; however, it will take time until our separate operating systems, employment policies and benefits are fully integrated.
