Vacation Reservation Specialist

Simply Florida Vacation Homes is a prominent vacation rental manager with a portfolio of units in the scenic Davenport, Florida area. Our company is dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high-quality vacation rentals. With our central office located in Davenport, we are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Reservations Specialist.

Job Overview:

As a Reservations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our vacation rental management services. The ideal candidate will be personable, possess excellent communication skills, and be well-versed in the nuances of vacation rentals. This is a full-time position with regular office hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Phone Management:
• Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Providing information about available vacation rental units.
• Assisting potential guests with reservation inquiries.
• HOA Forms:
• Completing Homeowners Association (HOA) forms for guests as needed.
• Ensuring all required documentation is accurately filled out and submitted.
• Guest Query Resolution:
• Addressing and resolving guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Front Desk Duties:
• Managing the front desk in the office.
• Welcoming visitors and guests to the office.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within the vacation rental industry is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive Attitude: Ability to proactively identify and address issues.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently and managing responsibilities effectively.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
