Ola Properties is a local real estate business that feels like a family with lots of aloha! Primarily based in the Ko Olina resort area, we manage over 100 short-term rentals, 60 long-term rental properties, and are also the #1 real estate sales team in Ko Olina.
We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our Vacation Rentals team to oversee and manage the physical maintenance and operations of Vacation Rental properties in Ko Olina. Some of the responsibilities include:
- Ensure that our Owners and Guests are tended to in a professional demeanor with Aloha in mind.
- Ensure that the team you oversee (Assistant Managers, Greeters, and Maintenance Engineers) have the tools and resources they need to assist our guests and our owners.
● Schedule, coordinate, and invoice maintenance requests with guests, tenants and maintenance staff and outside vendors
● Ensuring the work done is done on time with quality control
● Work with outside vendors and contractors to get bids on repair work that needs to be done
● Working with property owners to approve bids and work done on property
● Communicating, scheduling, and working with cleaners in short-term vacation units to ensure units are getting cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
● Ensure invoices and charges for work done are accurate

This position is full time with benefits. You will be expected to work in our office in Kapolei and be on-site at our properties in Ko Olina when necessary. Familiarity with Streamline, Breezeway, or other PMS preferred but not required.

Experience:
- Vacation Rentals, maintenance, operations, or property management: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
