We are Hiring Janitorial workers for Vacation Relief - 2024
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of all aspects of maintenance services to guarantee a spotless facility. Maintenance services include client spaces, public areas, and rest room maintenance. Our vacation season is from April to October. You will be hired to work for 5 months.
Responsibilities include:
- Must be available to work any shift as assigned.
- General knowledge of commercial building maintenance is preferred.
- Must be able to take direction from supervisors and ensure all work is completed in the time frames given.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in the janitorial/custodial/maintenance/housekeeping field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and communication ability.
- Ability to work evenings, approximately 5 pm until 12:30 am, with flexibility to work additional hours and weekends as needed.
- You must be capable of standing and walking for long periods.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs., to bend, reach, lift and carry.
- Ability to take direction and work in a team-oriented environment.

Benefits
- Payrate: $17.68 per hour.
- This is a 32BJ union position. Monthly dues are required.
- This is a Seasonal Position.
