SalaryWe're looking for a lead cleaner/supervisor for our team of cleaners. We are looking for someone with housekeeping experience to train, motivate and manage our team of 4-6 in addition to cleaning our clients Vacation Homes. This position will require walking and standing for extended periods of time, as well as bending and stooping to change light bulbs and clean furniture. The ideal candidate is responsible, reliable, detail-oriented, and has experience cleaning living quarters.
Responsibilities:
- Quality assurance checks
- Schedule management
- Training of new cleaners
- Wash bedding, towels, and rugs
- Clean in-detail bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, and common areas
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and scrub all surfaces in the home
- Make beds and fold laundry
- Collect garbage from households, and deliver to a designed location
- Clean golf carts and refill gas
- Clean and maintain other misc items
- Use of detergents and chemicals in cleaning operations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
