Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Vacation Home Cleaners. As a key member of KC Cleaning Ladies, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our clients' Vacation Homes.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize Vacation Homes in Sanford and surrounding areas.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment to ensure a pristine environment for guests.
• Wash all linens, towels, and replace linens on all beds.
• Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors with precision.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners promptly.
• Clean windows and glass surfaces for a spotless finish.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain high standards.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to create a secure work environment.
• Complete inventory checks each time and restock owners closet.

Requirements:

• Prior short-term rental or residential cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be comfortable around pets and pet hair.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must be willing to complete a background check.
• Reliable transportation is essential, as you may need to commute within a 30-45 minute radius.
• Physical ability to lift 15 pounds, carry items upstairs, bend over, work on hands and knees, and stand/move for 75% of the workday.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
