- Work remotely or hybrid on-site in the company’s Omaha, NE office
- $50 - $73/ hour salary based on skills & amount of professional experience

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of UX/UI experience with a focus on web and mobile app development
- Experience with reusable code and design systems is required
- Expertise in Angular JS and familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality digital experiences
- Knowledge of interaction design, accessibility standards, and design principles
- Effective communication and a passion for continuous improvement
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Create interactive prototypes using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Collaborate with UX, Technology, and Product teams to improve user experience
- Establish and maintain a design system for consistency
- Develop best practices and standards for presentation code
- Act as a subject matter expert and resource for design and technology teams
