OVERVIEW
We are looking for a talented UX Designer for a full-time permanent position. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and seamless user experiences across our product range. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into interactive designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work together with product managers, engineers, and others in an agile team to transform complex ideas into designs that are easy for users to understand and enjoy.
- Use tools like Figma and Adobe XD to collaborate and share design ideas with the team.
- Talk to users and collect data to really understand what they need from our product.
- Sketch out user flows to map out every step of the user's journey within the app or website.
- Create both low-fidelity sketches for quick ideas and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma to test and refine concepts.
- Design clear, attractive interfaces for both websites and mobile apps, making sure the user's experience is smooth from start to finish.
- Use a consistent design language across all parts of the product to make sure everything looks and feels connected.
- Regularly update and improve designs based on feedback from real users and insights from how they interact with your designs.
- Work closely with developers to make sure designs are built well and fit within any technical limits.
- Keep learning about new design trends, tools, and best practices to make sure our designs are always fresh and effective.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, or a related field. Relevant experience may also be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, showcasing a track record of creating impactful user-centered design solutions.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing for web and mobile platforms.
- Solid understanding of user research methodologies and experience conducting user research to inform design decisions.
- Experience with creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to explore, communicate, and validate design concepts.
- Familiarity with designing within Agile development processes and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are effectively implemented.
- Knowledge of usability principles and techniques, with experience in conducting usability testing and iterating designs based on user feedback.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
- A continuous learner, staying up to date with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies to constantly improve design outcomes.
