As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and creative UX leader to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct thorough user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and behavior within the sales enablement space.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and iterate on design solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of UX designs into the SaaS platform.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
• Information Architecture: Develop and maintain the information architecture of the platform to ensure a logical and intuitive user experience.
• UI Design: Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Familiarity with SaaS products and sales enablement concepts is a plus.
• Additional Qualifications (UI Design):
• Experience in creating visually appealing and user-friendly UI designs.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS) is a bonus.
