UX/Product Project Support Coordinator - Support UX and Product Design projects, fostering integration and collaboration between the two disciplines. Coordinates project activities, maintains project plans, and facilitates effective communication among stakeholders. Contributes to successful project delivery with high standards of quality and communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support and assist UX and Product Design projects from start to finish.Promote collaboration and communication between teams and stakeholders.Align project objectives and facilitate workflow with other teams.Develop and maintain project plans.Monitor progress and address issues.Facilitate project status meetings.Encourage idea exchange and best practices.Stay updated on industry trends and propose improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, with a focus on UX projects, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in design or product strategy.Solid understanding of user experience principles, design methodologies, and their integration within the development lifecycle.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Demonstrated ability to assist multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, Product Design, or equivalent design work experience.Certifications in UX design or project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Lean) are strongly desired.
