We are a forward-thinking, product-driven organization in search of a UX Design Intern to contribute to the evolution of our platform, which provides comprehensive data reporting and insights to empower our customers. This internship is an opportunity to learn from and contribute to the product brand and design direction supporting a global team of developers and designers.

What You'll Do:

• Work closely with the senior designers to conceptualize and execute designs for the platform.
• Create visually stunning and cohesive designs for a variety of platforms, including print and digital graphics.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of new and exciting creative concepts.
• Participate in research activities to define personas and user workflows.

Skills You'll Need to Have:

• Strong graphic design experience.
• Strong understanding of typography, layouts, visual hierarchy, and color theory.
• Possess basic interaction design skills and foundations.
• Familiarity of user-centered design processes and methodologies.
• Proficiency with Figma or other design tools and confidence in fully leveraging its features (i.e., components, auto-layout, libraries, etc.)
• Creative thinker who can effectively communicate ideas, both written and verbal.
• A quick learner and detail-oriented.
• Able to work as a member in cross-functional teams which include designers and engineers, of various backgrounds and across time zones.
• Strong understanding of typography, layouts, visual hierarchy, and color theory.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
