TOP REQUIREMENTS: Collaboration and working in a full agile team (3 years) experience participating on design sprints (any experience as long as they have done design sprints), and Figma (intermediate experience).
ADDITIONAL INFO ON THIS ROLE: This position will be working with white label credit card platforms creating solutions that will be applied to multiple partner branded features.
Experience Designers at our client are customer obsessed in developing human-centered experiences that provide personalized, clear, helpful, and inclusive digital plus human solutions for our customers. Experience designers consider the why, what, and how of product use to help identify where user needs intersect with business goals across the entire user journey. Leverages human-centered design methods (design-thinking, service design, research/insights, etc.) to plan, create, and present persuasive, engaging, and strategic ideas that influence product roadmaps and demonstrate a solution's potential for success. Performs competitive analysis of direct/indirect competitors and monitors the marketplace for new trends to inform the research and design process.
Preferred Skills/Experience
– Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
– Typically three to five years of relevant experience
– Proficient information architect, business analysis, experience design, or similar experience
– Effective presentation creation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The hourly pay range for this position is $65.00 to $70.00/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
