Assist our Contracts & Grants Administrator with various tasks including, but not limited to: grant budget development, grant submissions, collecting information from PIs and other grant personnel, just-in-time data requests, no-cost extensions, and supporting other grant administration needs.
Hybrid Schedule Availability: The chosen candidate would have the ability for hybrid work. this position will support flexibility around days/times.
Parking: Parking will be in the hospital visitor deck, And Parking coupons may be provided for days they would need to be on campus.

Minimum Experience/Education:High School Degree and experience in the accredited field.
Department Required Skills:Ability to problem solve, attention to detail, ability to manage important deadlines, proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Familiarity and experience with UNC systems (RAMSeS, ConnectCarolina, Infoporte, etc.) preferred.
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education:Candidate with a strong background in pre-award activities, particularly in budgeting with primary investigators on various grant types.
Candidates with direct experience managing grants and creating budgets.
