Responsibilities
- Keep clean and orderly condition
- Perform any combination of the following duties: sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming hallways, stairs and office spaces
- Use machinery to clean showroom floor, dust entire facility, and maintain multiple bathrooms and kitchen
- Empty trash and garbage containers
- Maintain minor and routine painting, electrical and other maintenance activities using hand tools
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience in working within a customer service role
- Positive attitude, can-do mentality and eager to improve
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Diligent work ethic and dedicated approach to performing duties
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
