Work Schedule:
Days: Sunday - Thursday / Hours: 11:00PM to 7:30AM - overtime (some Friday's) as needed
Pay Rate:
• $16.00 + 0.25 Shift Differential
Job Responsibilities:
Must be able to pick / scan / move warehouse inventory material, equipment and/or cross dock material using the SAP system or other internal system.
Must be able to perform all duties of Material Handler positions.
Must be able to cross-train individuals on the job functions performed by Utility and Material Handler.
Utilizing a variety of material handling equipment including forklift truck, pallet jack or hand truck, stock picker, battery changer, manlift, and floor sweeper.
Perform operator's daily checklist.
Conform to Internal Control, ISO-9001, ISI-14001 (EMS), and PQMS, etc.
Perform daily housekeeping.
Perform maintenance activities.
Conform to company, client, and governmental policies and regulations.
Continue to enhance knowledge of job-related operations.
Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
• No prior warehouse experience required but Stand-up Forklift experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required
• Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required
• Flexible to work overtime preferred
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions required
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Ability to work independently, customer service, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, and time management skills required
• Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required
• Complete a Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
