- Assembles and prepares salads according to recipes for the Households.
- Assists to pick-up prepared desserts and breads from Bakery.
- Restocks the Pines Edge Team Member Breakroom with supplies following provided par log. Cleans and sanitizes the refrigerator, cleans the drawers and cabinets.
- Performs daily or scheduled cleaning duties, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Operates dishwasher machine follows proper procedures for racking dishware, soaking silverware and proper handling for drying silverware and dishware.
- Operates pot machine following proper procedures to soak, scrub and wash pots for a final clean product, stores pots and pans in such a way that all are stored using proper drying techniques. Records temperature on provided log.
- Cleans ware-washing equipment using proper procedures for inside and outside machine according to OSHA standards for safety.
- Cleans and sanitizes food service mobile carts, food carts, tray carts, and lakeside carts, all kitchen equipment and other areas as assigned.
- Collects trash; empties dumpster, cleans trash barrels.
- Sweeps and mops the floor in all kitchen areas, wet floor signs utilized. Disposes of mop water in provided was- down mop sink room.
- Assists to receive food orders, stores properly following the FIFO method of first in first out.
- Records temperatures and stores in the proper storage areas. (Freezer, refrigerators, stock room, etc.)
- Cleans and prepares vegetables and other food products using HACCP guidelines.
- Prepares muffin mix and cookie dough mix following provided recipes using HACCP guidelines.
- Assist with providing service in rehab household as called.
- Weekends required.
Required Education and Experience
High school graduate or equivalent.
1-3 years dining and serving experience.
