Prerequisite Requirements:
- Successful Completion of Reading & Math Test
- Successful Completion of IVO certification training. (industrial vehicle operator)
- Successful Completion of JSA reading. (Job Safety and Health Analysis)
- Successful Completion of GM (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Skills\Knowledge Preferred:
- Basic Requirements for all basic job duties:
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment and components.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Ability to perform OJT training.
- Adhere to all company safety/health rules
- Basic knowledge of lock out tag out (LOTO) procedures.
- Successful Completion of Aerial Work Platform Training
- Successful Completion of Safety Harness Training
Education\Experience Preferred:
- AAS degree in Machine Technology or related Field preferred
- License in a mechanical field from an approved institution.
- One-year diploma/certificate in a mechanical discipline.
- Military training in a mechanical field
- Similar previous experience will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for keeping all filter units in good working order and record in log book.
- Maintain parts and supplies for filters.
- Ensure that additives (CL-2150, RL5000, and Luric acid) are ready to used and empty barrels are removed and stored in proper location for disposal.
- Empty hoppers and trash dumpsters as needed.
- Responsibilities for job assignment at Liberty Air Washers
- Weekly cleaning and upkeep
- Maintain parts and supplies.
- Ensure that additives are ready to use, and empty containers are removed and properly disposed of.
- Ensure that Air Washer area is kept clean and safe.
- Responsibilities for job assignment for HVAC Maintenance
- Replace all filters on regular schedule intervals and maintain logs
- Properly dispose of all filter media.
- Preform PM’s on print carriage
- Rebuild print carriages
- Clean print carriages
