Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated live-in caregiver to provide assistance and support to an individual in their daily activities. As a live-in caregiver, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and comfort of our client while promoting independence and dignity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and tidying up living spaces.
- Engage in meaningful activities and companionship with the client.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in the client's condition.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers as needed.
- Prior experience as a caregiver, preferably in a live-in setting.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to varying schedules and environments.
- Must undergo a background check and provide references.
