Responsibilities:
Special Events Server:
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Back-of-House Staff:
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
- Prepare and plate food according to established standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
Special Events Server:
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage pairings is a plus
Back-of-House Staff:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs during events
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling food and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to lift and carry kitchen supplies and equipment.
