Kraft Heinz Fresno Ready to Drink Plan has been in Fresno, CA since 1989. We are a Non-Union Facility employing over 27 employees producing Capri Sun and Kool-Aid Burst Products all year round.

This is a Utility Technician position responsible for preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance of plant assets in an efficient manner to improve reliability.
This candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining all the plants' utility infrastructure systems for the production areas including equipment such as boilers, air compressors, wastewater treatment, HVAC, and incoming power distribution systems. Also, Utility Technicians are responsible for following EPA-PSM/RMP federal and state regulatory rules and standards. The successful candidate must be willing and capable to work toward developing and maintaining a world-class utility department. A full-time work schedule Sunday-Thursday with possible Overtime.
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES -
1. 5 years minimum requirements of Millwright machine parts, welding (including sanitary), and brazing tools.
2. 5 years minimum requirements working with boilers, compressed air and experience with wastewater is an added plus.
3. Responsibilities will include repairs and preventive maintenance of all systems, and HVAC systems; inspecting the equipment, and performing daily rounds to ensure compliance of our environmental policies.
4. Perform routine and breakdown maintenance of boilers, air compressors, condenser systems, waste-water treatment, and all associated systems. Welding, fabrication, and use of specialized tools.
5. Understand the concept of the refrigeration cycle, and related piping as needed for safe service and repair.
6. 40-hour Hazmat Certification desired.
7. Strong aptitude for troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues.
8. Ability to read schematics, identify parts, strong skillset in welding and use of tools that shape metal/machine.
9. Millwright abilities- Sanitary welder, ability to complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
10. Safety Awareness - Being aware of conditions that affect employee safety and committed to maintaining a safe environment.
11. Possess a self-motivated attitude with strong Communication Ability to meet and coordinate activities with outside vendors to address issues and identify and implement improvements 12.
12. Teamwork/Collaboration - Working effectively with a team/work group to accomplish organizational goals.
