Utility & Registration Specialist, Charging

Tesla sets the bar for what a trustworthy & resilient charging network can be. The Charging Operations team ensures that Tesla continues to deliver the best possible charging customer experience through proactive engagement and growth of the global charging network. 

 The Utility & Registration Specialist works on the North America Charging Operations team in  office full-time in Draper, UT.

This role will specialize in high volume processing of registration forms with multiple counties in several states, including reporting, payment processing and data accuracy to ensure program compliance. The individual will work closely with internal stakeholders (Accounts Payable, Deployment Team, Purchasing, Tools & Analytics) in addition to external stakeholders like county representatives. This role will also include working with utility suppliers for data accuracy within Tesla's internal systems and third-party billing providers.  

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study, or equivalent 
• Previous experience work in similar field completing forms and registering accounts is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with accounts payable and/or supplier master teams is preferred but not required
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word 
• Impeccable attention to detail and an eye for efficiency 
• Thrive in high passed, high-volume environments and teams
• Sepurb organizational skills with strong multi-tasking abilities and a focused personality while maintain a flexible attitude towards critical tasks
