UTILITIES MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees day-to-day safe operation of the department
- Supervise plant maintenance employees and activities
- Accesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules
- Identify and resolve recurring equipment problems
- Facilitate Preventive Maintenance, Emergency Repair, and Project activities
- Generate work orders, with comprehensive work details, and assign work
- Communicate and uphold company policies & procedures to Maintenance Personnel.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in a union food-manufacturing environment.
- Supervise Projects and Budgets
- Experience with PM development and implementation.
- PLC and controls troubleshooting experience
- Awareness of Process Safety Management & RAGAGEP programs.
- Intermediate Computer Skills
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of Industrial Refrigeration & Boiler maintenance experience with 2-3 years in a maintenance leadership role
- Strong belief and understanding of GMP and Food safety practices.
- Must be available to work all shifts (Assigned shift and assist with coverage as needed)
- Ammonia Refrigeration and Steam Boiler experience is required.
