Responsibilities:
-Sortation of mail to carrier routes
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Assist with inventory management and tracking
- Prepare and process paperwork for shipments and deliveries
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Skills:
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed
- Ability to load and unload materials or products
- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients or customers
