Job Description
Summary: Seeking an experienced User Researcher for conducting UX research and testing, creating low-fidelity prototypes, and studying competitor products.
Responsibilities:
Conduct UX research and testing using moderated and unmoderated user tests and interviews
Create research and testing scripts
Synthesize customer feedback into user observations
Archive test findings and video recordings
Create and test low-fidelity prototypes of use-case scenarios
Study competitor products to identify market trends and potential addressable gaps
Conduct usability testing / heuristic evaluation
Conduct A/B Testing to compare the effectiveness of multiple use-case scenarios
Requirements:
3+ years professional experience in a similar role
Demonstrated experience in project management
Experience in Digital/Software/Hardware domains is a plus
B.S./B.A in Usability, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors or related field
Familiarity with remote testing tools
A portfolio showcasing relevant research case studies
Expertise in Human Centered Research & Design principles
Experience in Customer Journey Mapping
Experience interviewing users in a one-on-one context
Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
