User Researcher

 Summary: Seeking an experienced User Researcher for conducting UX research and testing, creating low-fidelity prototypes, and studying competitor products.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct UX research and testing using moderated and unmoderated user tests and interviews

• Create research and testing scripts

• Synthesize customer feedback into user observations

• Archive test findings and video recordings

• Create and test low-fidelity prototypes of use-case scenarios

• Study competitor products to identify market trends and potential addressable gaps

• Conduct usability testing / heuristic evaluation

• Conduct A/B Testing to compare the effectiveness of multiple use-case scenarios

Requirements:

• 3+ years professional experience in a similar role

• Demonstrated experience in project management

• Experience in Digital/Software/Hardware domains is a plus

• B.S./B.A in Usability, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors or related field

• Familiarity with remote testing tools

• A portfolio showcasing relevant research case studies

• Expertise in Human Centered Research & Design principles

• Experience in Customer Journey Mapping

• Experience interviewing users in a one-on-one context

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
