About the role:As User Experience Researcher, you will be a part of a talented Research team dedicated to learning about our users. You will work alongside Sr. Researchers to understand user needs, gather usability feedback, and suggest improvements based on your learnings. You will primarily support UKG Ready, a product designed to support small-to-medium business’ WFM & HCM needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Independently plan, lead, execute and analyze usability tests, interviews, workshops, and surveys
- Work with designers, product managers and other stakeholders to identify research needs in a timely manner
- Collaborate to translate research insights into actionable recommendations
- Support Sr. researchers on complex projects by assisting with recruitment, moderation, analysis, and stakeholder management
- Work on and support a variety of projects throughout the product development cycle, collaborating with researchers, designers, and product teams
- Contribute to team processes and culture
Qualifications
About you:Basic Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Human Computer Interaction, User Experience/Usability, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors or related discipline or equivalent experience
- Experience designing and conducting user research using a variety of methodologies using both qualitative and quantitative methods
- A proven history of working well with UX designers, developers, product managers, and business partners
- Excellent presentation and writing skills
- Ability to juggle multiple initiatives at an elevated level of quality in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Self-motivated; strong desire to learn and grow
- Passion about helping users & creating the best User Experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; Collaborative, team player
- Detail-oriented
