What the Position Entails:
- Monitor and search auctions for vehicles. (Both virtual and in person)
- Monitor and manage the merchandising of vehicles
- Work with the General Manager and Sales Managers in planning inventory (Both what vehicles to have on the ground and inventory level based on projected retail sales volume)
- Provide Penz Automotive leadership with updates on market conditions
- Communicate with Penz Automotive leadership on trade-in vehicles on a daily and weekly basis
- All other duties and tasks as assigned
- Must be a leader!
- Must be willing to learn new ways of acquiring vehicles
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of pre-owned inventory management
- Demonstrated track record of managing inventory at the store or group level
- High level knowledge of acquisition strategy, proven track record in inventory purchasing from auctions and beyond
- High level of organizational and time management skills
- Experienced in completing effective Merchandising Online & Shortened Time to Market in Recon
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of dealership management

Pay: $72,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
