What you'll do...
You'll oversee and manage the project resulting in the production of Walmart's global Environmental, Social & Governance reporting-a comprehensive summary of Walmart's priorities, practices, and results on topics like sustainability, associate opportunity, serving communities, and ethics and integrity-working with a cross-functional group of passionate associates.
You'll make an impact by
- Overall project management responsibility
- Ensure day-to-day functioning of cross-functional project team from Global Responsibility, Controllership, Communications, and other parts of the company in line with project plan, including by running project meetings and day-to-day communication with project participants
- Manage vendor relationships, including design firm
- Create, maintain, and update documents and templates, project plans, and other key documents
- Assist project teams in drafting and finalizing reporting, including ticking and tying evidentiary support and preparing documents for steering committee reviews

- Organized: Adept at creating and working with project management tools, Gantt charts, SharePoint; organizing and running efficient and effective action-oriented meetings
- Accountable: Strong bias towards getting issues resolved on time and in full and enforcing deadlines

- Communicative: Knowing that bad news should travel faster than good news and trusted to communicate clearly and effectively with associates at all levels of the company
- Influential: Ability to manage up and adjacent, getting results without authority from associates at all levels of the company
