Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Travel Heavy Role to the Walmart Health Clinics! Candidate will be responsible for providing technology training to all Field Dental associates. Must be 100% proficient in CEREC CAD/CAM equipment
Enhances the learner experience by ensuring the environment is conducive to learning. Engages subject-matter experts to develop practical application scenarios. Guides associate performance and behavior during courses. Gathers feedback and reviews results. Researches, compiles, and analyzes data to recommend learning program and operational process enhancements. Remains current on course materials and facilitation best practices. Implements program improvements to course content to ensure learning objectives are met. Oversees the maintenance and upkeep of training equipment and resources.
Delivers courses by applying adult learning techniques and blended delivery methods. Rehearses course content prior to delivery. Communicates policies, guidelines, company expectations, and culture. Observes participant engagement during courses. Answers questions related to course content and concept application. Gathers feedback on courses.
Coordinates and improves onboarding for dentists, dental assistants, dental hygienists, and treatment coordinators.
Coordinates training schedules for new site launches, including the coordination of vendor, field communication plans, site level training, and internal customers.
Creates and oversees the learning environment by researching industry techniques that increase facilitation effectiveness. Develops best practice approaches and ensures integration into the facilitation program. Delivers training materials. Assesses facilitator performance. Provides guidance on facilitator development and performance skills in learning solutions delivery. Develops and delivers train-the-trainer programs. Collaborates with internal customers. Engages in facilitation interventions to build facilitator capability and positively impact contact center operations.
Trains associates in all levels of CAD/CAM systems, including scanning, milling, preparation, staining, and glazing.
Trains associates in all levels of Imaging technology, including software, end-to-end workflows, patient positioning, and equipment placement.
Conducts and builds feedback sessions to improve the dental service line. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and ensuring diversity awareness.
Leads and participates in teams by using and sharing resources, information, and tools; determining customer needs and business priorities; coordinating and executing work assignments; providing advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved; and modeling and helping others with how to adapt to change or new challenges.
Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; analyzing and applying information from multiple sources; monitoring progress and results; and identifying and addressing improvement opportunities.
Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by explaining, guiding, and demonstrating how to apply these in executing business processes and practices; implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and assisting management with correcting ethical and compliance issues and problems.

Minimum Qualifications...

Certification as a dental hygienist or dental assistant.
1 year' experience in dental management.
1 year's experience in CAD/CAM training.
2 years' experience in leading and designing dental training activities.
Prior work experience in educational design utilizing Power Point.
