Are you ready to join Walmart's Facility Security & Technology team and protect the world's largest retailer by shaping the Security Technology landscape of the future ? The Manager, ProjectSupport Engineer - Security Technology is a crucial role that will influence one of the world's largest security deployments by helping support our vast deployment of closed-circuit television (CCTV), Access Control, Paging, Fire Alarm, and Intrusion systems at Walmart properties across the globe. This position will enhance our Security Technology portfolio and will be a subject matter expert, focused on technology that will be detecting and responding to threats by establishing best practices and collaborating with cross functional teams. In this role, you will provide advanced technical support on multiple solutions, including CCTV, alarm, intrusion, access control, and paging/music systems. You will also identify systemic technical issues and prepare technical bulletins to field-based installers and technicians. Additionally, you will verify proper integration and programming of the various Security Technology systems, and serve as the primary point of contact for directing and resolving escalations involving these systems. All of this while working with cross-functional teams on various projects and support-related issues and helping to engineer technical solutions in response to business challenges and problems.

- You have IT Networking & Infrastructure experience.
- You are comfortable building relationships, leveraging internal and external partnerships with key stakeholders and working collaboratively on a cross-functional teams.
- You are future-focused and actively seek out opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of systems and processes.
- You are a true subject matter expert in CCTV, Access Control, Paging, Fire Alarm, Intrusion Alarm, Central Station Monitoring, and Security Operation Centers.
