Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for setting and implementing sales and market share targets for North American subsidiaries, grasping and promoting the achievement of targets;
2. Coordinate the research of North American overseas core markets and consumer preferences, coordinate the needs of subsidiaries and partners, and be responsible for the development of overseas market strategies for core brands
3. Responsible for product GTM planning and implementation in overseas markets, channel expansion, operation promotion, business cooperation, etc
4. Managing product lines in overseas markets and plan new product launches according to regional market conditions
5. Responsible for local team management and development.Coordination and management of local resources, including team building, process building, guidance and training of local personnel;
6. Participating in the planning, creativity, tracking, participation and analysis of overseas exhibition marketing programs
Knowledge and Skills:
1. More than 5 years of marketing experience, more than 3 years of market related positions in FMCG industry;
2. Good self-driving, full of passion for exploring new toy markets and new fields, can work under great pressure;
3. Ability of market planning, keen market insight, to provide the operation team with market information; Have good judgment ability, provide operation oriented strategy for operation team;
4. Good communication and cooperation skills and rich team building experience;
5. Goal-oriented, strong execution, good at summarizing and sharing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
