The Role
We are an established IT services company that provides innovative and customized solutions to our clients across various industries. We are looking for a Sales Leader who can help us grow our business and revenue by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for:
· Identifying and qualifying potential customers and partners
· Creating and delivering compelling sales proposals and presentations
· Negotiating and closing deals with clients and partners
· Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts
· Setting and tracking sales goals and metrics
· Building and leading a high-performing sales team
· Providing coaching and feedback to sales team members
· Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
The Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
· A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
· At least 5 years of proven sales experience in the IT services industry
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
· Willingness to travel as required
· Experience leading a sales team
· Experience in a start up sales team
· Experience exceeding sales quotas
