The Opportunity:
As a US Marketing Manager, you will work with and manage a group or US-focused marketers to help fuel organic growth for the US Private Client Group by generating qualified leads for our world-class sales team. To do so, you will partner with our media, analytics, consumer learning and creative teams to develop strategies and campaigns that increase growth. You will be an advocate for the wants and needs of our prospective clients in the US market. You will be part of our Strategy & Planning team, reporting to the Marketing Vice President.
The Day-to-Day:
- Establish annual country performance indicators in collaboration with the Marketing VP and Senior marketing management
- Constantly monitor and measure performance Indicators to ensure marketing meets goals and improve the media mix accordingly
- Deeply understand and advocate for the needs of the prospective client, applying insights from consumer learning and data
- Manage a group of 2-3 marketers, while working with colleagues across the department
- Partner closely with all marketing channels on meeting goals and improving measurements
- Use learnings to iterate and improve current marketing strategies and identify new initiatives
- Develop and consult on messaging and marketing strategies for new and existing opportunities
- Partner with sales management to test new initiatives and improve overall marketing and sales performance
- Monitor, analyze and report on competitor activities
- Create and present important marketing performance insights to executives, including C-level
- Reconcile and forecast the marketing budget
- Independently lead important strategic marketing initiatives
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 8+ years of progressively more responsible positions in marketing or product management, including experience managing employees
- Experience developing strategic plans and identifying and testing new initiatives, while working in a multivariate organization and influence to generate results
Compensation:
- $85,000 - $120, 000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
