URGENTLY Hiring for ARMED / UNARMED Officers with Valid DCJS Card

We are URGENTLY seeking experienced and highly motivated Armed and Unarmed Security Officers to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. This is a critical role that requires strong law enforcement skills, excellent conflict management abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional security services.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect any unauthorized activity
- Monitor surveillance cameras and CCTV systems to ensure the safety of the facility
- Respond promptly to alarms or incidents and take appropriate action
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of all security-related activities
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and visitors as needed
- Enforce access control procedures to prevent unauthorized entry
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary

Requirements
- Must possess a valid security officer license or certification
- Previous security experience.
- First Aid, CPR, and AED certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures through DCJS certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
