Salary: $27 - $38 plus shift differentials ($2.50 evenings, $3 nights, $1 weekends)

Job Summary:
As a Radiologic Technologist, you will provide information to diagnose patient illnesses by operating radiologic equipment to produce radiographs. Prior to each exam, you will prepare patient for radiological procedure through proper positioning and imaging technique, adjusting immobilization devices, moving equipment into specified position, and adjusting equipment controls to set exposure factors.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain production and quality of radiographs by following established standards and procedures
- Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records
- Review each exam for technical accuracy and identify anatomical orientation on all images
- Assist the radiologist in administering medications, contrast agents, and other care to the patient
- Participate in emergency call rotation to meet department needs
- Associates degree or equivalent military radiologic technologist training
- Active American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) certification
- Active Stale license (VA) or must be in process
- BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- American Society of Radiologic Technology a plus
