As a Homemaker/Companion, you'll earn competitive pay helping seniors live safely and happily at home. You'll help them with daily tasks such as meal preparation, shopping, cleaning and laundry, and transportation to appointments (including doctor's visits). You'll also be available to assist with light housekeeping and other tasks as needed.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Companionship - easy conversations, watch movies, go for walks, visit parks, assistance with hobbies
- Driving.
- Perform homemaking activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathrooms.
- Meal prep & clean up. May shop for groceries.
- Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
- Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license and be able to safely operate a vehicle in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Auto Insurance up to date.
- At least 2 Reference Check.
- High school graduate or G.E.D certificate preferred.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job. Spanish is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a Level 2 Background check (AHCA).
