The responsibilities of our teaching staff will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining a shared view of OPS's mission
- Delivering the specific course content
- Orienting students to their coursework
- Communicating coursework and upholding school requirements
- Accessibility to students and parents, in which the teacher takes a proactive role
- Supplementing coursework with enrichment opportunities
- Grading student progress
- Participating in state testing
- Supporting all aspects of student learning
Job Qualifications
At Oxford Preparatory School (OPS), we believe having a dedicated and well qualified teaching staff is paramount to the success of our students. A Bachelor's degree or higher and proven aptitude in the specified subject area are necessary. The ideal candidate will be licensed in their subject area and have a demonstrated record of achieving/exceeding student growth expectations.
