Upper School Administrative Assistant

Currey Ingram Academy is currently accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant (Grades 9 - 12) for an immediate start. This is a 12-month, full time position. Responsibilities include providing administrative support to the Division and to the Division Head. This includes, but is not limited to, answering and routing phone calls, assisting parents with questions, greeting and supporting the faculty, students, and guests in the school, keeping attendance and records, coordinating parent-teacher conferences, ordering instructional supplies, compiling the weekly newsletter, and organizing all files and instructional supplies for the Division.

College degree or minimum of two years office management experience.
