2. Posts student payments in Banner to ensure timely and accurate posting to student accounts.
3. Receives, reviews, and distributes to appropriate departments to ensure mail is processed in a timely and accurate manner.
4. Prepares checks requests and processes student and third party refunds to ensure correct and timely refunds.
5. Maintains the cashier deposit files to ensure information is available for audits and to comply with federal regulations.
6. Performs other duties as assigned.
2. Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; data entry skills; Internet research abilities.

4. Ability to prioritize work in order to complete multiple tasks within time deadlines.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS:

3. May be exposed to short, intermittent, and/or prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing in performance of job duties.
4. May be required to accomplish job duties using various types of equipment/supplies, to include but not limited to pens, pencils and computer keyboards.

2. Experience working in an academic institution, preferably in higher education.
