Description
SAIC is seeking a cyber-inclined Fire Control Systems Engineer to work at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center with the government customer in Newport, RI.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate will work with the combat systems team during the various phases of development, test and evaluation, installation, and fleet training.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s and zero (0) years or more experience; years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
- Navy Firecontrol Technician (FT) experience.
- Secret clearance required.
- Enlisted Navy experience.
- Systems engineering or cybersecurity experience.
- Navy Combat Systems experience.
- Ability to obtain 8570 Level II Certified (CompTIA Security+, or equivalent certification) within 60 days of hire.
