Hospital Unit Secretary Job Summary:
BridgePoint Hospital is seeking a Unit Secretary. The Unit Secretary provides clerical/administrative support and assistance to the nursing and medical staff. The Unit Secretary performs a variety of clerical and record-keeping functions in the facility. The Unit Secretary greets and provide assistance to patients and visitors as required. Prepare and organize charts and medical records.

QualificationsEducation: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a medical facility or practice. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
Licenses/Certification: Must maintain current BLS certification throughout employment.
Experience: Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions (Medical order entry)
