Job Duties:
- Mount, align, position, and assemble a variety of parts/components, such as frames, compressors, fans assemblies, control boxes, coils, panels, motors, nuts, bolts, rivets, adhesives, etc., to completely assemble comfort units
- Work from blue prints and verbal instructions from Supervisor
- Perform a variety of packaging operations necessary to pack comfort units/parts for shipment. Enclose with required tags, instructions, warranties, etc., and seal with packaging tools.
Qualifications:
- Must be willing to work in a production environment with consistent work on your feet
- Must provide your own steel toed shoes (other PPE provided by JCI)
- Perform physical work including standing, bending, or lifting 50 pounds or more
- While some experience in production or manufacturing is preferred, this role is 100% entry-level with on-the-job training
This role is for 2nd Shift Shift (2pm to 10pm) with some mandatory OT required either after the shift or on the weekends.
