Job Description:
Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a single-family investment real estate mortgage originator. DFS originates two main loan products – a short term bridge loan for fix & flip investors, and a long-term rental loan for landlords growing their rental portfolios. DFS is thriving in the current competitive environment and shows aggressive quarterly growth. Our current origination volume is $100MM per month. DFS is looking for a Senior Underwriter to help manage our growing business.

In This Role You Will

• Evaluate comparable sales
• Renovation estimating
• Prepare deal pro formas for investment underwriting packages

Requirements

• Construction and Rehab knowledge
• Background in single family residential real estate is required
• Background in real estate finance
• Ability to adapt to change as the company moves forward in its strategic vision
• Critical Thinker
• Strong Excel & Word skills are required
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external staff/management
• MLS/CoStar experience is a plus
