Design Enablement team within Technology Development group at Intel has internship opportunities for undergraduate engineering students for custom physical design engineering positions in 2024.
This is a great opportunity to work on layout design of state-of-the art Analog, Mixed-Signal, and memory circuits. You will use industry EDA tools to complete custom layout design of integrated circuits from device level to bumps and will utilize advanced techniques to optimize design productivity, quality while meeting design area, timing, and power specifications.

- Communication skills and able to interface/communicate effectively with all levels

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must be actively pursuing a BS degree with 3+ months of experience in Electronic and Electrical Engineering or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ months of experience in the following:
- VLSI Physical Design.
- Programming skill on Skill or Python.
