Unarmed Security Site Manager Renton $26/Hr Day Shift

We are looking for a professional Site Manager to protect our premises, assets and personnel. You will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions. The goal is to detect, deter, observe and report. This property will primarily be patrolled with a Security truck. So therefore drivers license and clean driving record is required. You will be required to drive off road with a marked Security vehicle to patrol vacant areas of the property.

Additional duties as a Site Manager include managing a team of four other Security guards and working with the on site property management team with any tasks or issues that arise. The Site Manager is accountable for the day to day operations, training new staff, creation and enforcement of old or new policy and maintaining a good relationship with clients/staff.

This position is on call 24/7 unless otherwise requested off.
Must have at least (2) years of Security Management experience.

Schedule is 40/hrs per week:
Monday-Friday 0700-1500

Compensation: $26/hour

Responsibilities

• Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
• Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property
• Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
• Report in detail any suspicious incidents
• Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter
• Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
• Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment
• Perform first aid or CPR

Skills

• Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position is preferred but not required
• Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
• Knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
• Surveillance skills and detail orientation
• Integrity and professionalism'
